The invention discloses a crane vibration monitoring method, an intelligent control method and application. According to the scheme, when a crane initiates a work starting signal, working parameters of the crane are recorded ingeniously, and vibration data of all equipment areas of the crane and position data of the crane are recorded correspondingly; according to the method, work monitoring data, vibration monitoring data and position monitoring data are correspondingly generated, and the vibration monitoring data of the crane are judged, so that when the vibration monitoring data points to be abnormal, the work monitoring data and the position monitoring data can be synchronously output so as to assist maintenance personnel in fault judgment and fault reproduction; according to the scheme, abnormal record prediction information is further output by counting the abnormal records, generating abnormal counting information and carrying out correlation judgment on the abnormal counting information, so that maintenance personnel can carry out troubleshooting and judgment during daily maintenance, and thus crane faults are prevented in advance and targeted maintenance is carried out.

    本发明公开了起重机振动监测方法及智能控制方法和应用,本方案巧妙性通过在起重机发起工作启动信号时,对起重机的工作参数进行记录,还相应记录起重机各设备区域的振动数据和起重机的位置数据,以此相应生成工作监测数据、振动监测数据和位置监测数据,通过对起重机的振动监测数据进行判断,使得振动监测数据指向异常时,能够同步将工作监测数据和位置监测数据进行输出,以供辅助检修人员进行故障判断和故障复现,本方案还进一步通过对异常记录进行计数,生成异常计数信息,通过对异常计数信息进行相关性判断,从而输出异常记录预测信息,以供检修人员在日常维保时,进行排查和判断,从而提前预防起重机故障和进行有针对性的维保。
