The invention relates to the technical field of wind power blade hoisting, in particular to all-dimensional wind power blade mounting equipment which comprises a main frame, deflection rotating beams rotationally connected to the four corners of the main frame, electric hoists mounted below the deflection rotating beams and clamping seats arranged below the main frame. A supporting connecting rod is hinged between the deflection rotating beam and the main frame, the clamping base is connected with the bottom of the main frame through a cross bridging frame, and the main frame is fixedly provided with a driving device used for driving the cross bridging frame to be folded and unfolded. The position of the lower clamping seat is adjusted through a cross bridging frame structure, large-stroke folding and unfolding of the cross bridging frame are driven through the short-stroke driving device, the cost of the driving device is reduced, the size of overall installation equipment is reduced, and the structural compactness of the equipment is improved; the deflection rotating beam, the supporting connecting rods and the supporting legs can be stored on the main frame, and the equipment is neat and compact in structure during storage and convenient to deliver.

    本申请涉及风电叶片吊装技术领域,尤其是涉及一种全方位风电叶片安装设备,包括主框架、转动连接在主框架四个角部的偏摆旋转梁、安装在偏摆旋转梁下方的电动葫芦以及设置在主框架下方的夹持座;所述偏摆旋转梁与主框架之间铰连有支撑连杆,所述夹持座通过剪刀撑架与主框架底部连接,所述主框架固定安装有用于驱动剪刀撑架收展的驱动装置。本申请利用剪刀撑架结构试下夹持座的位置调整,利用短行程的驱动装置驱动剪刀撑架的大行程收展,减小了驱动装置的成本,而且减小了整体安装设备的体积,提高了设备的结构紧凑性;偏摆旋转梁、支撑连杆和支撑腿均可收纳到主框架上,设备收纳时结构规整紧凑,便于发运。
