The invention provides a moving body stall self-driven early warning unit and early warning method.The early warning unit comprises a triboelectric sensing unit which comprises a friction electrode layer and a triboelectrification layer which are attached to the surface of a moving body to be sensed, one end of the triboelectrification layer is fixed to the friction electrode layer, and when the moving body is in a non-stall state, the triboelectrification layer is fixed to the friction electrode layer; the other end is in contact and separated flapping with the friction electrode layer to generate continuous friction electric signals; when the moving body stalls, the frequency or voltage of the friction electric signal is reduced or disappears; the friction electric signal is used for judging whether the moving body stalls or not; and the piezoelectric sensing unit is of a sheet structure and is attached to the friction electrification layer, when the moving body stalls, different piezoelectric signals are generated along with different bending angles of the friction electrification layer, and the piezoelectric signals are used for judging the stall degree of the moving body. Correspondingly, the invention further provides an aided design method of the moving body component and the turbulence generator. The early warning unit is simple in structure, low in manufacturing cost and excellent in reshaping performance.

    本发明提供一种运动体失速自驱动预警单元、预警方法,预警单元包括:摩擦电传感单元,包括贴附在待传感的运动体表面的摩擦电极层和摩擦起电层,摩擦起电层的一端与摩擦电极层固定,在运动体未失速状态下,另一端与摩擦电极层进行接触分离式拍打产生持续的摩擦电信号;在运动体失速时,摩擦电信号频率或者电压降低或者消失;摩擦电信号用于判断所述运动体是否失速;和/或压电传感单元,为片状结构贴附在所述摩擦起电层上,在所述运动体失速时,随着所述摩擦起电层的不同弯折角度产生不同压电信号,所述压电信号用于判断所述运动体的失速程度。相应的还提供运动体部件和湍流发生器的辅助设计方法。该预警单元结构简单、造价较低、可复形性能优良。
