The invention provides a filtering device of a marine emergency carbon material. A pressure container tank comprises a top cover cap, a middle straight pipe-shaped part, a bottom cover cap, a wastewater inlet cavity, a graphite pipe filled with activated carbon and a wastewater outlet cavity which are communicated to form a wastewater filtering channel; the waste oil inlet cavity, the graphite pipe filled with activated carbon and the waste oil outlet cavity are communicated to form a waste oil filtering channel, the waste gas inlet, the residual cavity and the waste gas outlet form a waste gas filtering channel, the two ends of the graphite pipe are communicated with a direct-current power source for resistance heating, and the water vapor outlet is communicated with the waste water outlet, the waste oil outlet and the waste gas inlet. Three activated carbon filtering channels are arranged, waste water, waste oil and waste gas are filtered at the same time, self-heat-production drying, self-heat-production carbonization, self-heat-production and self-water-vapor-production activation are achieved, waste gas generated by carbonization pyrolysis and water vapor activation is treated, regeneration and all procedures are completed automatically without disassembling the machine, the functions are comprehensive and independent, and the device is suitable for being used on a ship. The method has great popularization and application values.
