The invention provides a rapid floating and sinking device for a submersible vehicle. The rapid floating and sinking device comprises a power part, a transition part, a fixed connection part, an execution part, an air inlet and exhaust part and a valve part. According to the piston type floating and sinking device, the buoyancy of the submersible is adjusted by moving the pistons, when the symmetrically-arranged pistons move towards the inner side, the pistons can compress liquid into a small compression cavity, and therefore the buoyancy of the submersible is lowered. On the contrary, when the symmetrically-arranged pistons move towards the outer side, the liquid in the compression cavity can be released, and the buoyancy of the submersible is made to rise. The motor drives the lead screw nut to drive the piston to move, liquid is sucked into or discharged out of the device through movement of the piston, the moving direction of the submersible vehicle in the liquid is adjusted according to the relative relation between buoyancy and gravity of the submersible vehicle, and the rapid floating and sinking device has the advantages of being high in adjusting precision and adaptability, simple in structure, easy to maintain and the like. The method has a great reference value for design and optimization of a submersible vehicle floating and sinking device.

    本发明提供一种潜器快速浮沉装置,包括动力部分、过渡部分、固连部分、执行部分、进气及排气部分、阀门部分组成。活塞式浮沉装置通过移动活塞来调节潜水器的浮力,对称布置的活塞向内侧移动时,它会压缩液体到一个小型的压缩腔体中,从而使潜水器的浮力下降。相反地,当对称布置的活塞向外侧移动时,压缩腔体内的液体会被释放出来,使潜水器的浮力上升。这种潜器快速浮沉装置通过电机驱动丝杠螺母带动活塞移动,通过活塞移动将液体吸入或排除装置,利用潜器浮力与重力的大小相对关系调节潜器在液体中的移动方向,具有调节精度高、适应性强、结构简单易于维护等优点,对于潜器浮沉装置的设计和优化具有较大的参考价值。
