The invention relates to the field of brake systems, in particular to a composite pedal simulator mechanism of a decoupling type brake system and a vehicle, comprising a pedal simulator body, a brake fluid pot and a high-pressure energy accumulator which are integrated and fixed on the pedal simulator body, and an EHB hydraulic pipeline interface and an EMB communication interface which are arranged on the pedal simulator body; the input end of the EHB hydraulic pipeline connector is connected with the brake fluid pot, the high-pressure energy accumulator is connected to a pipeline between the input end of the EHB hydraulic pipeline connector and the brake fluid pot, and the output end of the EHB hydraulic pipeline connector is connected with an EHB executing mechanism on a wheel. The input end of the EMB communication interface is connected with the simulator control unit, the simulator control unit is in communication connection with a whole vehicle CAN network, and the output end of the EMB communication interface is connected with the EMB execution mechanism control unit on a wheel. The brake fluid supply requirement and the communication requirement of an EHB and EMB hybrid brake-by-wire system can be met, and a solution of a brake pressure amplification function is provided for an EV/HEV vehicle model after a traditional engine vacuum booster is omitted.

    本发明涉及制动系统领域,具体涉及一种解耦式制动系统的复合踏板模拟器机构及车辆,包括踏板模拟器本体、集成固定于踏板模拟器本体上的制动液壶和高压蓄能器以及布置于踏板模拟器本体上的EHB液压管路接口和EMB通讯接口;EHB液压管路接口输入端与制动液壶连接,高压蓄能器连接于EHB液压管路接口的输入端与制动液壶之间的管路上,EHB液压管路接口输出端与车轮上的EHB执行机构连接;EMB通讯接口输入端与模拟器控制单元连接,模拟器控制单元与整车CAN网络通讯连接,EMB通讯接口输出端与车轮上的EMB执行机构控制单元连接。其能够满足EHB、EMB混合线控制动系统的制动液供给需求和通讯需求,为EV/HEV车型取消传统发动机真空助力器后提供制动压力放大功能的解决方案。
