The invention provides a new energy electric forklift axle reduction integrated floating type flexible connection drive axle structure which comprises a left shell and a right axle shell, a middle speed reduction shell is installed between the left shell and the right axle shell, and a motor horizontally arranged with the middle speed reduction shell is installed on the middle speed reduction shell. A small gear in butt joint with the output end of the motor is installed between the left shell body and the middle speed reduction shell body, a first duplicate gear meshed with the small gear is further installed between the left shell body and the middle speed reduction shell body, and a second duplicate gear and a differential mechanism assembly which are meshed with each other are installed between the middle speed reduction shell body and the right axle shell body. A left fan-shaped plate is integrally installed on the left shell, and a right fan-shaped plate is installed on the right axle shell in a floating type flexible connection mode. The structure adopts a three-stage helical gear speed reduction structure, has the characteristics of stable transmission and high transmission precision, is low in noise in the operation process, and is compact in spatial layout and beneficial to the layout of the whole vehicle because the motor and the axle housing are arranged in parallel.

    本发明提供一种新能源电动叉车桥减一体浮动式软连接驱动桥结构,包括左壳体和右桥壳,所述左壳体和右桥壳之间安装有中间减速壳体,所述中间减速壳体上安装有与其水平设置的电机,所述左壳体和中间减速壳体之间安装有与电机输出端对接的小齿轮,左壳体和中间减速壳体之间还安装有与小齿轮啮合的第一双联齿轮,所述中间减速壳体和右桥壳之间安装有相啮合的第二双联齿轮和差速器总成,所述左壳体上一体式安装有左侧扇形板,所述右桥壳上采用浮动式软连接安装有右侧扇形板。该结构采用三级斜齿轮减速结构,具有传动平稳,传动精度高的特点,运行过程中噪音小,并且电机与桥壳采取平行式放置,具有空间布局紧凑,有利于整车的布局。
