The invention discloses a device and method for converting reciprocating motion into continuous rotation and application, the device comprises a central shaft (1) and a rotating disc (3), the rotating disc (3) is connected with the central shaft (1) through a bearing (2), and the rotating disc (3) and the bearing (2) are concentrically arranged; the circumference of the rotating disc (3) is provided with fins (4), and the upper wing surface (41) of each fin (4) is of a convex structure. By utilizing the wing-shaped structure of the wing panel (4) in the device and the limited mounting angle of the wing panel (4), the rotating direction of the wing panel (4) can be always kept unchanged in the reciprocating motion process of the device, so that the continuous and constant-direction lifting force can be obtained.

    一种将往复运动转换成连续转动的装置和方法及应用,装置包括:中心轴(1)和转动盘(3),转动盘(3)与中心轴(1)通过轴承(2)相连,转动盘(3)与轴承(2)同心布置;转动盘(3)的圆周设有翼片(4),翼片(4)的上翼面(41)为凸型结构。通过利用该装置中翼片(4)的翼型结构及限定的翼片(4)的安装角度,能够实现该装置在往复运动的过程中,始终保持翼片(4)的转动方向不变,从而可获得持续恒定方向的升力。
