The invention provides an energy-saving and consumption-reducing vector control method and system for a double-stator excitation motor and the motor, and the method comprises the steps: constructing a relation model between the output torque Tm (t) of the motor and the real-time moving speed v (t) of an electric vehicle, calculating to obtain the expected real-time output torque Tem (t) of the motor, and selecting the power-on conditions of an inner stator winding and an outer stator winding; acquiring and converting to obtain an inner stator input current and an outer stator input current under a rotor magnetic flux dq coordinate system; calculating the real-time total torque TeBm = Bm, min output by the rotor under the condition that the total air gap magnetic flux density is minimized; optimizing by adopting a self-adaptive genetic neural algorithm to obtain an optimal real-time total torque meeting the requirement that the error with the expected real-time output torque is less than 8%, and further limiting the output optimal real-time total torque to enable the work efficiency of the motor to be greater than 75%. Different working modes of the inner stator and the outer stator can be selected according to the rotating speed and output torque requirements of the electric vehicle in different running states, and the motor has good adaptability to various working scenes.

    本发明提供一种双定子励磁电机节能降耗矢量控制方法、系统及电机,方法包括:构建电机的输出转矩Tm(t)与电动汽车实时移动速度v(t)的关系模型,计算得到电机的期望实时输出转矩Tem(t),并选择内、外定子绕组的通电情况;采集并转换得到转子磁通dq坐标系下的内、外定子输入电流;计算总气隙磁通密度最小化情况下的转子输出的实时总力矩Te|Bm=Bm,min;采用自适应遗传神经算法优化得到符合与期望实时输出转矩误差小于8%的最优实时总力矩,并进一步限定输出的最优实时总力矩使电机做功效率大于75%。本发明可以根据电动汽车不同运行状态时的转速和输出转矩需求而选择内、外定子的不同工作模式,具有良好的多种工作场景适应性。
