The invention discloses an abnormal ship detection method based on high-resolution satellite remote sensing and AIS, and the method comprises the steps: building a remote-sensing image ship type classification table according to the features of remote-sensing image ships, and carrying out the extraction and classification of the ships in the high-resolution satellite remote sensing; secondly, performing data interpolation on the AIS data in a period of time before and after the remote sensing image moment tT through a dead reckoning method DR interpolation method to obtain AIS position information at the remote sensing image moment, and performing static information cleaning on the interpolated AIS; and then matching remote sensing image ship position points with interpolated AIS ship position points through a bipartite graph matching model based on distance priority, and constructing an abnormal ship detection model according to a corresponding table of image ship types and AIS ship types so as to realize detection of ship abnormal behaviors.

    本发明公开了一种基于高分辨率卫星遥感与AIS的异常船舶检测方法,该方法先根据遥感影像船舶的特征,建立遥感影像船舶类型分类表,并对高分辨率卫星遥感中的船舶进行提取和分类;其次通过航位推测法DR插值方法,对遥感影像时刻tT前后一段时间内的AIS数据进行数据插值,得到遥感影像时刻的AIS位置信息,并对插值后的AIS进行静态信息清洗。而后通过基于距离优先的二分图匹配模型,对遥感影像船舶位置点和插值后的AIS船舶位置点进行匹配,依据影像船舶类型与AIS船舶类型对应表,构建异常船舶检测模型,以实现船舶异常行为的检测。
