The invention relates to an adaptive traffic signal control method and device, electronic equipment and a medium, and the adaptive traffic signal control method comprises the steps: obtaining a historical traffic data set, a new traffic data set and a first traffic signal control model cluster; performing offline evaluation on the decision-making capability of the first traffic signal control model cluster according to the historical traffic data set and the new traffic data set to obtain a first evaluation result, and adjusting the first traffic signal control model cluster in combination with the first evaluation result and the new traffic data set to obtain a second evaluation result; calculating the similarity between the fragment feature distribution of the historical traffic data set and the overall feature distribution of the new traffic data set, and carrying out the offline evaluation of the decision-making capability of a second traffic signal control model cluster through the new traffic data set, and obtaining a second evaluation result, determining a traffic signal output phase and the duration of the traffic signal output phase according to the second evaluation result; according to the method, the dependence on the real-time data is reduced, the calculation burden of the real-time data is reduced, and the trial and error cost is reduced.

    本发明涉及自适应交通信号控制方法、装置、电子设备及介质,该自适应交通信号控制方法通过获取历史交通数据集、新交通数据集和第一交通信号控制模型集群,根据历史交通数据集和新交通数据集对第一交通信号控制模型集群的决策能力进行离线评估,得到第一评估结果,结合第一评估结果和新交通数据集,调整第一交通信号控制模型集群,计算历史交通数据集的片段特征分布与新交通数据集的整体特征分布之间的相似度,通过新交通数据集对第二交通信号控制模型集群的决策能力进行离线评估,得到第二评估结果,根据第二评估结果确定交通信号输出相位以及交通信号输出相位的时长;本发明降低了对实时数据的依赖性,减少了实时数据计算负担,降低了试错代价。
