The places of fire-fighting equipment and the safety channel are displayed through the Internet of Things technology, the problem that the fire scene is disordered can be effectively solved, personnel are effectively helped to find the fire-fighting equipment and the safety channel, and the safety guarantee capability is improved; by detecting whether people exist in the elevator or not, detecting whether the elevator stops safely or not and retrieving the floors where the elevator can stop safely, the safety of the people in the elevator during operation can be effectively guaranteed in fire accidents.

    本发明涉及消防设备管理技术领域,尤其涉及一种基于物联网技术的消防设备管理方法。包括:预先将目标建筑物中各火灾报警器和消防设备接入物联网;当火灾发生时,通过物联网向用户提示目标建筑物中消防设备的存放地点信息与交通通道的地点信息,同时通过智能控制系统停止电梯运行。本发明通过物联网技术来展示各个消防器材与安全通道的地点,能有效解决火灾现场混乱问题,且有效帮助人员找到消防设备和安全通道,提升安全保障能力;通过依靠检测电梯内是否有人,以及检测电梯停靠是否安全,并检索可以安全停靠的楼层,可以有效保障消防事故中,电梯运行时内部人员的安全。
