The invention discloses a tower crane external bracket node counter-force calculation method and equipment. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring design parameters of an external hanging bracket and a load of a tower crane on the external hanging bracket; according to a pre-constructed node counter-force calculation function, design parameters of the external hanging support and the load of the tower crane to the external hanging support, the value domain and the extreme value of the counter-force of each node changing along with the angle theta are calculated, and the angle theta is the included angle between the horizontal acting force of the tower crane to the external hanging support and the X axis transversely parallel to the structural outer wall; the value range is 0-360 degrees; and drawing and presenting a node reaction force-angle theta curve according to the value domain and the extreme value of the reaction force of each node along with the change of the angle theta. According to the method, the node counter-force of the externally-hung support can be rapidly calculated only by inputting related parameters of the tower crane, the problems that a traditional commercial software calculation method is long in modeling time, complex in operation, high in requirement for professional skills of personnel, needing authorization of software and the like can be solved, the calculation efficiency is improved, and the cost is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种塔式起重机外挂支架节点反力计算方法及设备。它包括获取外挂支架的设计参数和塔式起重机对外挂支架的载荷;根据预先构建的节点反力计算函数、外挂支架的设计参数、塔式起重机对外挂支架的载荷计算各节点反力随角度θ变化的值域和最值,角度θ为塔式起重机对外挂支架的水平作用力与横向平行于结构外墙的X轴的夹角,其取值范围为0°‑360°;根据各节点反力随角度θ变化的值域和最值绘制节点反力‑角度θ曲线并呈现。本发明仅需要通过输入塔式起重机的相关参数,即可快速计算出外挂支架的节点反力,可以解决传统商业软件计算方法存在的建模时间长、操作复杂、人员专业技能要求高以及软件需要授权等问题,提高计算效率,降低成本。
