The method can calculate the capacity attenuation of the power battery. And on the other hand, compared with the prior art, the capacity identification robustness and strong traceability under the dynamic working condition and the complex degradation environment can be ensured, that is, the stability and real-time performance of the capacity identification under the dynamic working condition and the complex degradation environment can be ensured.
