The invention relates to the technical field of new materials for tire manufacturing, in particular to a rubber master batch obtained through wet mixing, a preparation method of the rubber master batch and application of the rubber master batch in tire manufacturing. The rubber master batch mixing method comprises the following steps: 1) adding a filler, zinc oxide and/or organic acid zinc salt into latex of raw rubber, stirring and mixing, and then adding stearic acid to obtain a mixed emulsion; and 2) demulsifying under the action of introduced steam, dehydrating through a separator to obtain floccules, and extruding and drying to obtain the wet-process mixed master rubber sheet. The filler, the zinc oxide and the stearic acid are added during wet mixing of the rubber master batch, the wet mixing master batch sheet is obtained through steam demulsification, dispersion of the zinc oxide and the stearic acid is improved while dispersion of the filler is improved, the master batch can be directly vulcanized, and a new rubber mixing processing mode is created.
本发明涉及轮胎制造新材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种湿法混炼获得的橡胶母胶及其制备方法和在轮胎制造上的应用。该橡胶母胶混炼方法包括以下的步骤:1)将填料、氧化锌和/有机酸锌盐加入到生胶的胶乳中进行搅拌混合,再加入硬脂酸得到混合乳液;2)在通入蒸汽作用下进行破乳,经过分离机进行脱水得絮状物,再经过挤出、干燥得到湿法混炼母胶片。本发明的橡胶母胶在湿法混炼的时候加入填料、氧化锌和硬脂酸,通过蒸汽破乳获得湿法混炼母胶片,提高填料分散的同时提高了氧化锌和硬脂酸分散,且母胶可直接加硫,开创炼胶加工新模式模式。
