The invention relates to the technical field of automatic detection of battery pieces, in particular to a jacking mechanism and a battery piece detector, the jacking mechanism comprises a frame, a jacking rod, a lead screw and a movable block, the frame is provided with a first supporting arm and a second supporting arm, the first supporting arm is provided with a first positioning hole, and the second supporting arm is provided with a second positioning hole; the jacking rod is arranged in the linear guide rail where the first positioning hole and the second positioning hole are located in a penetrating mode, the lead screw is parallel to the jacking rod, one end of the lead screw is connected with the first supporting arm, and the other end of the lead screw penetrates through the second supporting arm to be connected with the driving unit. And the jacking rod is driven to reciprocate in the linear track. A traditional linear module is omitted, the jacking rod is kept stable through the two positioning holes in the first supporting arm and the second supporting arm, the jacking rod does not need to be connected with other guide rails, and the purposes of simplifying the structure, saving the space, shortening the assembly working hours and reducing the cost are achieved.

    本发明涉及电池片自动化检测技术领域,尤其涉及一种顶升机构及电池片检测仪,顶升机构包含框架、顶升杆、丝杆以及活动块,框架具有第一支撑臂和第二支撑臂,第一支撑臂开设有第一定位孔,第二支撑臂开设有第二定位孔,顶升杆穿设于第一定位孔和第二定位孔的所在直线导轨内,丝杆与顶升杆平行,其一端连接第一支撑臂,另一端贯穿第二支撑臂连接驱动单元,活动块具有与丝杆相配合的螺纹孔并套设于丝杆,活动块的一端连接顶升杆,以带动顶升杆在直线轨道内往复移动。本发明取消传统直线模组,通过第一支撑臂和第二支撑臂上的两个定位孔来保持顶升杆稳定,顶升杆无需连接其他导向轨道,达到简化结构,节省空间,缩短装配工时,降低成本的目的。
