The invention discloses a round tenon standard section for assembling a tower crane, which is characterized in that a connecting section is arranged outside the joint of a first standard section and a second standard section, a partition plate is mounted in the middle of the interior of the connecting section, and round tenon positioning rods are mounted at the upper end and the lower end of the partition plate; first reinforcing rods are installed between the two first standard knots and the two second standard knots, and the portions, outside the first standard knots and the second standard knots, of the two ends of the first reinforcing rods are sleeved with fixing sleeves. Round tenon positioning rods are embedded into connecting holes formed in the upper ends and the lower ends of the first standard knot and the second standard knot, and meanwhile two locking screws penetrate through a first fixing hole, a second fixing hole and a third fixing hole and are locked through a first locking nut and a second locking nut; and the first standard knot and the second standard knot used by the tower crane can be quickly locked, positioned and assembled.

    本发明公开了一种塔机组装用圆榫标准节,所述第一标准节和第二标准节的连接处外部设置有连接节,连接节的内部中间位置处安装有分隔板,分隔板的上端与下端均安装有圆榫定位杆;两个所述第一标准节和两个第二标准节之间均安装有第一加固杆,第一加固杆的两端在第一标准节与第二标准节的外部均套接有固定套。本发明通过设置圆榫定位杆嵌入到第一标准节与第二标准节上端与下端开设的连接孔内部,同时利用两个锁紧螺杆贯穿第一固定孔、第二固定孔和第三固定孔并通过第一锁紧螺母与第二锁紧螺母锁紧,可将塔机所使用的第一标准节与第二标准节进行快速的锁紧定位组装。
