The invention discloses a lifting mechanism used outside a spacecraft cabin. The lifting mechanism comprises a mounting base used for being fixed to a cabin body, a load top plate used for fixing a load and a telescopic cylinder connected between the mounting base and the load top plate. The telescopic cylinder comprises a plurality of stages of sleeves which are sequentially nested, the adjacent sleeves are in sliding connection through sliding structures, locking structures are arranged between the adjacent sleeves, and the locking structures are used for automatically locking the relative positions of the adjacent sleeves when the adjacent sleeves are slidably stretched in place. A captive screw assembly is arranged between the load top plate and the mounting base and used for locking the relative position between the load top plate and the mounting base when the telescopic cylinder is in a complete contraction state, and the captive screw assembly can be unlocked through external force. The loading equipment can meet the working position requirement by only unlocking the captive screw assembly and manually lifting, so that the complexity of on-orbit operation of astronauts is greatly reduced, and the operation inconvenience caused by on-orbit replacement of the mounting bracket by the astronauts is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种用于航天器舱外的抬升机构,包括用于固定在舱体上的安装底座、用于固定载荷用的载荷顶板及连接在安装底座与载荷顶板之间的伸缩筒。伸缩筒包括若干级依次嵌套的套筒,且相邻套筒之间通过滑动结构滑动连接,相邻套筒间设有锁定结构,锁定结构用于相邻套筒滑动拉伸到位时自动锁定两者的相对位置。载荷顶板和安装底座之间设有松不脱螺钉组件,用于伸缩筒处于完全收缩状态时载荷顶板和安装底座之间相对位置的锁定,且松不脱螺钉组件可通过外力解除锁定。本发明只需解锁松不脱螺钉组件,手动抬升就可使载荷设备达到工作位置要求,大大降低了航天员在轨操作的复杂度,避免航天员在轨更换安装支架带来的操作不便。
