The invention provides a high-precision orientation adjusting mechanism for a satellite in-orbit load probe element. The high-precision orientation adjusting mechanism comprises a coarse adjustment orientation adjusting device, a fine adjustment orientation adjusting device, a thermal control assembly and an orientation adjusting controller. The fine adjustment direction adjusting device is arranged on the coarse adjustment direction adjusting device, and the thermal control assembly is arranged on the coarse adjustment direction adjusting device and the fine adjustment direction adjusting device; the pointing adjustment controller is electrically connected with the coarse adjustment pointing adjustment device, the fine adjustment pointing adjustment device and the thermal control assembly. High-precision pointing control of the load is achieved through the coarse servo mechanism and the fine servo mechanism.
