The invention provides an aircraft intake valve opening and closing control device and method for aircraft intake valve debugging. The device comprises a power plug, an aviation socket unit, a switch unit and a connector unit. The power plug connects the equipment with a ground power supply, the input end of the first aviation socket is connected with the power plug, the input end of the second aviation socket is connected with the connector unit, and the second aviation socket comprises an intake valve opening lead, an intake valve closing lead and a grounding lead. The first switch controls on and off of electric energy in the device, and the second switch controls opening and closing of the intake valve. The connector unit is electrically connected with an electric mechanism of the aircraft intake valve. By utilizing the equipment and the method, after the intake valve is assembled, a ground power supply can be used for directly electrifying and debugging the intake valve without electrifying the whole aircraft, and a product related to an electric mechanism can be quickly disassembled for repairing, so that the disassembly and reworking work caused by a later electrifying and debugging process of the whole aircraft is avoided, and the production and repair efficiency and period of the aircraft are ensured.

    本发明提供了用于飞机进气门调试的飞机进气门启闭控制设备及方法,该设备包括电源插头、航空插座单元、开关单元和连接器单元。电源插头将设备与地面电源连接,第一航空插座的输入端与电源插头连接,第二航空插座的输入端与连接器单元连接,第二航空插座包括进气门打开引线、进气门关闭引线和接地引线。第一开关控制设备中电能的接通和关断,第二开关控制进气门的打开和关闭。连接器单元与飞机进气门的电动机构电连接。利用该设备及方法,能够在进气门装配完成后使用地面电源直接对进气门通电调试而无需全机通电,也可快速分解电动机构涉及的产品进行返修,避免了因全机通电调试流程靠后导致的拆卸、返工工作,确保了飞机生产修理的效率和周期。
