The damping cylinder is provided with a backflow channel from the first cavity to the second cavity, and a liquid flowing pipe with the adjustable section shape is arranged in the backflow channel. The damping device has the following effects that in the movement process of the damping rod, the sliding block on the lower side can be driven to move, hydraulic oil in the first cavity flows back into the second cavity in the movement process, and under different terrain or road surface states, the movement resistance of the hydraulic oil can be adjusted by adjusting the section shape of the liquid flowing pipe, so that the damping effect is improved. Therefore, the springback speed of the damping rod is adjusted.
