The invention discloses a self-adaptive feedforward power-assisted control method for automobile electric power steering, which mainly comprises the following working processes: an electric power steering machine (EPS) performs linear interpolation calculation on a calibrated rack force-target hand force curve at different vehicle speeds according to the current safe vehicle speed to obtain a rack force-target hand force curve at the current vehicle speed; the method comprises the following steps of: calculating a power-assisted curve at the current vehicle speed by combining EPS mechanical parameters, and on the basis of the power-assisted curve at the current vehicle speed and the torque of an EPS torsion bar, calculating an EPS self-adaptive feed-forward power-assisted torque by combining a road surface jitter count value, a rack tail end protection activation state, an additional request torque of an auxiliary driving function and self-adaptively adjusting feed-forward control related parameters, so as to obtain the EPS self-adaptive feed-forward power-assisted torque. Therefore, a driver can obtain safe and smooth power-assisted steering under different steering working conditions, and better driving experience is provided for the driver.
本发明公开了一种汽车电动助力转向的自适应前馈助力控制方法,主要工作流程如下:电动助力转向机(EPS)根据当前的安全车速对不同车速下可标定的齿条力‑目标手力曲线进行线性插值计算得出当前车速下的齿条力‑目标手力曲线,并结合EPS机械参数,计算得出当前车速下的助力曲线,以当前车速下的助力曲线和EPS扭杆力矩为基础,结合路面抖动计数值、齿条末端保护激活状态、辅助驾驶功能的附加请求力矩,自适应调整前馈控制相关参数,进而计算得到EPS自适应前馈助力矩,使得驾驶员在不同的转向工况下都能够获得安全且平顺的转向助力,为驾驶员提供更优的驾驶体验。
