Thus, the rear vehicle can know the vehicle state of the front vehicle through the driving distance and the vehicle state output by the target vehicle, enough time and space are provided for a driver of the rear vehicle for emergency treatment, the pre-judgment time and the response time of an accident are increased, traffic accidents are avoided, and the driving safety of the vehicle is improved. And the sense of safety is increased for normal driving of a driver of the rear vehicle.
