The invention provides an automobile dryer regeneration control system and a regeneration control method thereof.The automobile dryer regeneration control system comprises an engine, a chassis control device, an air compressor, a dryer, an air storage container and a brake mechanism, and the air compressor, the dryer, the air storage container and the brake mechanism are sequentially communicated through an air supply pipeline; the air storage container communicates with the dryer through a back flushing pipeline, and the chassis control device is configured to determine the first air pumping amount of the air compressor in the current air pumping period; when the first gas pumping amount is larger than or equal to a first preset gas pumping amount value, the gas storage container is controlled to reversely blow gas to the dryer; and determining the residual gas pumping amount of the gas storage container after back flushing regeneration in the current gas pumping period, and counting the residual gas pumping amount into the first gas pumping amount of the next gas pumping period. According to the regeneration control system of the dryer for the vehicle, the effects of saving oil and reducing consumption of the vehicle can be achieved.
本发明提供一种车用干燥器再生控制系统及其再生控制方法,车用干燥器再生控制系统包括:发动机、底盘控制装置以及通过供气管路依次连通的空压机、干燥器、储气容器和制动机构,空压机与干燥器之间还通过反馈管路连通,储气容器与干燥器之间通过反吹管路连通,底盘控制装置被配置为确定空压机在当前泵气周期内的第一泵气量;在第一泵气量大于或等于第一预设泵气量值时,控制储气容器向干燥器反吹气体;确定储气容器在当前泵气周期内进行反吹再生后的剩余泵气量,并将剩余泵气量计入下个泵气周期的第一泵气量中。根据本发明的车用干燥器再生控制系统,可以实现车辆节油降耗的效果。
