The invention relates to a driver braking behavior priority determination method, a driver braking behavior priority determination device, a driving assistance system and a vehicle. The driver braking behavior priority judgment method comprises the steps that whether an active braking behavior is triggered or not is determined according to vehicle state data of a vehicle, vehicle environment data and input of a driver; in response to determining that the active braking behavior is triggered, issuing an active braking request and a target braking deceleration; receiving an active braking request and a target braking deceleration, and controlling the motor to enable the motor to actively establish a braking pressure; calculating a target brake hydraulic pressure required for active pressure buildup based on the target brake deceleration, and initiating a detection operation to detect a master cylinder pressure of the vehicle; and according to the target brake hydraulic pressure and the main cylinder pressure required by active pressure building, whether the driver brake behavior priority occurs or not is judged. According to the method, the braking force actually generated when a driver applies braking and the braking force needed for achieving the active braking request can be accurately recognized.

    本发明涉及驾驶员制动行为优先的判断方法、驾驶员制动行为优先的判断装置、驾驶辅助系统及车辆。该驾驶员制动行为优先的判断方法包括:根据车辆的车辆状态数据、车辆环境数据和驾驶员的输入,确定是否触发主动制动行为;响应于确定触发主动制动行为,发出主动制动请求和目标制动减速度;接受主动制动请求和目标制动减速度,并且对电机进行控制,以使电机主动建立制动压力;基于目标制动减速度,计算主动建压所需的目标制动液压,并且发起检测操作,以检测车辆的主缸压力;且根据主动建压所需的目标制动液压及主缸压力,判断是否发生驾驶员制动行为优先。本发明的方法能够精准识别驾驶员施加制动实际产生的制动力及实现主动制动请求所需的制动力。
