Each charging and discharging unit comprises a motor controller, a motor and a charging and discharging port; the motor controller comprises an inverter circuit, the input end of the inverter circuit is connected with the power battery, and the output end of each phase of the inverter circuit is connected with one winding of the motor; the motor leads out a neutral line to be connected to the positive electrode of the charge-discharge port, or the inverter circuit leads out one phase to be connected to the positive electrode of the charge-discharge port; the cathode of the power battery is connected to the cathode of the charge-discharge port; and the motor controller controls the inverter circuit to work in a step-down discharge mode or a step-up charge mode. According to the invention, each charging and discharging unit multiplexes an existing motor controller, a motor and the like, the change amount is small, a high-power DCDC does not need to be additionally added, and the cost is lower; and through a plurality of direct current charging ports or high-power discharging ports, a high-power direct current V2V function can be realized, and the transfer power is higher.
本发明提供了一种基于电机控制器及电机的降压升压系统及新能源车辆,系统包括多个独立的充放电单元;各充放电单元分别包括电机控制器、电机及充放电口;电机控制器包括逆变电路,逆变电路的输入端与动力电池连接,逆变电路的每相输出端分别与电机的一个绕组连接;电机引出中性线连接至充放电口的正极,或逆变电路引出其中一相连接至充放电口的正极;动力电池的负极连接至充放电口的负极;电机控制器控制逆变电路工作于降压放电模式或升压充电模式。本发明中各充放电单元复用现有电机控制器及电机等,改动量小,不需要额外增加大功率DCDC,成本更低;通过多个直流充电口或大功率放电口,可以实现大功率直流V2V功能,转移功率更高。
