The invention provides a power dispatching method for an electric vehicle in a polymorphic scene under consideration of trip chain reconstruction, which comprises the following steps of: firstly, proposing a user charging willingness base line model, and simulating the influence of the charging willingness of a user on a dispatching plan in an actual driving process; secondly, dividing emergencies influencing the scheduling plan into four classes, and proposing a trip chain reconstruction model to simulate trip chain changes caused by the influence of different emergencies on EV users; then, considering a polymorphic scene, and proposing an energy storage station collaborative EV energy management model; and finally, integrating the above models, taking the user economy and the power system safety as targets, constructing a day-ahead-real-time two-stage scheduling model, and realizing optimal economy of the user and safety of the power system in a polymorphic scene. According to the method, the damage of a trip chain reconstruction event in a normal state to a given scheduling plan can be effectively relieved, so that the load fluctuation is stabilized to the maximum extent, and the energy supply and load consumption of an energy storage station and an electric vehicle under extreme conditions are increased.

    本发明提出了一种考虑出行链重构下电动汽车在多态场景中的电力调度方法,其步骤为:首先,提出用户充电意愿底线模型,模拟实际行驶过程中用户自身充电意愿对调度计划的影响;其次,将影响调度计划的突发事件分为四类,提出出行链重构模型模拟EV用户受不同突发事件影响造成的出行链改变;然后,考虑多态场景,提出储能站协同EV能量管理模型;最后,综合上述模型,以用户经济性和电力系统安全性为目标,构建日前‑实时两阶段调度模型,实现用户的经济性和电力系统多态场景下的安全性最优。本发明能够有效缓解常态中出行链重构事件对既定调度计划的破坏,进而最大限度地平抑负荷波动,以及增加储能站和电动汽车在极端条件下能源供给和负荷消纳量。
