The invention discloses a whole road network driving and passenger flow simulation and index verification system comprising a system regulation and control module used for setting global and station level parameters and regulating and controlling data simulation of a driving and passenger flow system; the path planning module is used for planning an advancing path of any two stations in the line network; the driving simulation module is used for simulating departure and generating a planned running chart and an actual running chart; the passenger flow simulation module is used for simulating the passenger flow according to the travel route and the time points when the passengers pass by the stations, and generating complete travel data of each passenger; and the index calculation module is used for verifying the correctness of the script calculation result. The invention discloses a method for full-road-network driving and passenger flow simulation and index verification. The problems that rail transit industry data providing lags behind data development, and the correctness is difficult to verify through index calculation are solved.
