The present invention relates to a control system (CS) based on road surface recognition (water film phenomenon, black ice) of a traveling vehicle and a method (M) thereof. To this end, the control system for road surface recognition based on a traveling vehicle according to the present invention comprises: a vehicle-mounted device for transmitting road surface information including real-time position information and road surface image information of a traveling vehicle to a central management server; and a central management server which determines the road surface state in real time according to the road surface information received from the vehicle-mounted device and transmits the road surface state information to the vehicle-mounted device. Therefore, the vehicle-mounted device installed in the traveling vehicle transmits the road surface information including the real-time position information and the road surface image information to the central management server, and the central management server can accurately determine the road surface state by using the plurality of pieces of road surface information provided in real time.
本发明涉及基于行驶车辆的路面识别(水膜现象、黑冰)的控制系统(CS)及其方法(M)。为此,本发明的基于行驶车辆的路面识别的控制系统包括:车载装置,向中央管理服务器传输路面信息,上述路面信息包括行驶中的车辆的实时位置信息和路面影像信息;以及中央管理服务器,依据从车载装置接收的路面信息来实时判断路面状态,向车载装置传输路面状态信息。因此,安装在行驶中的车辆的车载装置向中央管理服务器传输包括实时位置信息和路面影像信息的路面信息,从而中央管理服务器可利用实时提供的多个路面信息准确判断路面状态。
