The invention provides an intelligent route selection method for an expressway, and belongs to the field of deep reinforcement learning. The method comprises the following steps: preprocessing flow data of historical road sections of an expressway, dividing into unobstructed road sections, congested road sections and accident-prone road sections, and marking corresponding intersection states as a passing state and an impassable state according to the characteristics of each road section; a highway vehicle mainstream is taken as an object, the intersection state of each road section is set as a learning environment, and a route selection decision scheme is obtained by establishing a reinforcement learning model of route selection of the vehicle mainstream in different state environments. According to the invention, road section route selection and vehicle flow information of the expressway can be effectively mastered. The deep reinforcement learning algorithm is applied to the highway route selection problem, the practical application value is high, reference is provided for command and dispersion of highway traffic flow, and traveling of traffic participants is facilitated.
本发明提出一种高速公路的智能路线选择方法,属于深度强化学习领域。将高速公路历史路段流量数据预处理后分为通畅路段、拥堵路段和事故多发路段,根据各个路段的特征将对应路口状态标记为通行和不可通行两种状态。以高速公路车辆主流为对象,将各个路段的路口状态设置为学习环境,通过建立车辆主流在不同状态环境中路线选择的强化学习模型,得到路线选择决策方案。本发明有效地掌握高速公路的路段路线选择和车辆流量信息。将深度强化学习算法应用在高速公路路线选择的问题中,非常具有实际应用价值,它不仅为高速公路交通流量的指挥疏导提供参考,而且便利了交通参与者的出行。
