According to the design, the output torque and the rotating speed of the system can be controlled through on-off of the isolating valve set, the output oil amount of the hydraulic oil pump can be increased through the built-in oil supplementing pump, and the output power of the system is effectively increased.
一种基于海洋平台的齿轮齿条升降液压系统及其控制方法,包括多个桩腿、多个液压油泵及多个升降装置,各个桩腿上均套设有一个升降装置,桩腿通过其上设置的齿条与升降装置上的齿轮传动配合,升降装置包括主升降机构、辅助升降机构及隔离阀组,主升降机构的A腔及B腔分别与隔离阀组的A1口及B1口相连通,辅助升降机构的A腔及B腔分别与隔离阀组的A2口及B2口相连通,隔离阀组的A1口与A2口之间的通断及B1口与B2口之间的通断均通过隔离阀组控制阀控制。本设计不仅可以通过隔离阀组的通断控制系统输出扭矩及转速的大小,而且可以通过内置补油泵提高液压油泵的输出油量,有效提高系统输出功率。
