The invention relates to the technical field of unmanned aerial vehicle undercarriages, in particular to a lightweight unmanned aerial vehicle undercarriage based on an SMA locking and releasing device, which comprises an unlocking cylindrical spiral torsion spring, the SMA locking and releasing device, an inclined support rod, an upper support rod and a lower support rod, the top end of the lower supporting rod is hinged to one end of the upper supporting rod. The inner end of the inclined supporting rod is hinged to the middle of the outer wall of the lower supporting rod, and the unlocking cylindrical spiral torsion spring is arranged at the outer end of the inclined supporting rod. Rotation of the lower surface of the top end of the lower supporting rod is limited through the left end of a locking clamping pin. The locking bayonet lock is driven by an SMA locking and releasing device arranged in the belly to move in the horizontal direction. The device is simple in structure, high in release speed, low in power consumption, capable of being repeatedly used and easy to assemble; and light weight of the undercarriage and the locking and releasing device can be realized.

    本发明涉及无人机起落架技术领域,尤其涉及一种基于SMA锁紧释放装置的轻量化无人机起落架,包括解锁圆柱螺旋扭转弹簧、SMA锁紧释放装置、斜支撑杆、上支撑杆和下支撑杆,所述下支撑杆的底端与起落架轮连接,所述下支撑杆的顶端与所述上支撑杆的一端铰接;所述斜支撑杆的内端与所述下支撑杆的外壁中部铰接,所述斜支撑杆的外端设有所述解锁圆柱螺旋扭转弹簧;所述下支撑杆的顶端下表面通过锁止卡销的左端限制其转动;所述锁止卡销通过设置于机腹内的SMA锁紧释放装置驱动其沿着水平方向移动。本发明结构简单,释放速度快,功耗低,可以重复使用,并且装配简单;能够实现起落架与锁紧释放装置的轻量化。
