The invention discloses a mooring type flapping-wing air vehicle. The aircraft comprises an aircraft main body, a cable, a cable mooring device and a ground upper computer, the device has the advantages of being simple in structure, high in reliability, comprehensive in function, convenient to use, low in cost and the like, the situation that a traditional mooring mode is mostly used for a multi-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle is broken through, the device is creatively combined with a flapping-wing aircraft, and the occurrence frequency of accidents such as bird strike in an airport is greatly improved. The mooring type ornithopter is innovated again on the basis of an ornithopter. Conventional battery power supply is avoided, the ground power supply vehicle is used for directly supplying power to the aircraft body through the mooring cable, and the aircraft has the unique advantages of being flexible in working place and capable of repelling birds in an airport for a long time.
