The invention discloses a ship body cleaning device based on cavitation water jet, which relates to the technical field of ocean ships and comprises a robot connection device, a water suction pump, a water storage transition bin, an overflow valve and a spray head. The device is mounted on an underwater robot moving platform through a connection device; a water source is directly supplied to the water storage bin through the water suction pump without additional water supply; the ultrasonic generator located in the water storage bin can work by operating the controller or the underwater robot, and bubbles are preliminarily generated by a water source in the water storage bin. A micro overflow valve is installed between the water storage bin and the nozzle, it is guaranteed that the lowest initial pressure of cavitation water jet is achieved, the cavitation effect is further excited through the natural vibration cavitation principle and the low-pressure area cavitation principle in the nozzle structural design, a large number of bubbles are generated in water flow, damage to a ship body by the jet is relieved, and meanwhile the cleaning efficiency of the ship body is improved. The ship body cleaning device is easy and convenient to operate, high in efficiency, high in portability, capable of completing cleaning underwater and suitable for cleaning all parts of a ship body.

    本发明公开了一种基于空化水射流的船体清洗装置,涉及海洋船舶技术领域,包括与机器人的接驳装置,抽水泵,储水过度仓,溢流阀及喷头。本发明通过接驳装置安装在水下机器人移动平台上;通过抽水泵直接提供水源至储水仓,无需额外供水;通过操纵控制器或水下机器人可以使位于储水仓的超声波发生器工作,让储水仓内的水源初步产生气泡。储水仓与喷嘴之间安装有微型溢流阀,保证达到空化水射流的最低起始压力,在喷嘴结构设计中利用自振空化和低压区空化原理进一步激发空化作用,在水流中产生大量气泡,减轻射流对船体损伤的同时提高对船体的清洗效率。本发明操作简便,效率高,可移植性强,且可以在水下完成清理,适合对船体各个部位的清理。
