Compared with the prior art, all early-stage work of the overcharging pile can be completed by utilizing the time from gun pulling to gun inserting of a client, communication is established at the moment of gun inserting, BMS data is read to obtain insulation voltage, and the time from gun inserting to charging power establishment is greatly shortened.
