And according to the difference between the national standard charging seat and the common charging seat of the engineering vehicle, compatible processing is carried out on software, so that compatible use of the two charging seats is realized. Meanwhile, the battery heat management module ensures safe heating of the battery in a low-temperature pure heating state through an independent charging heating relay, the risk of low-temperature charging and over-discharging of the lithium battery is reduced, and the system has the advantages of being high in system charging compatibility, high in safety, high in charging efficiency and the like.

    本发明涉及一种兼容多种充电连接器的叉车双充电系统及方法,解决了当前叉车双充电系统充电检测可靠性较低,双充电电路安全性能较低,充电效率低等问题,包括:双充电模块、电源管理模块和电池热管理模块。电源管理模块通过独立的检测口检测双充电模块充电口的CC2信号检测连接可靠性,用二极管隔离两个充电口的辅助电源,实现两路充电口独立、安全的工作。并根据国标充电座与工程车辆常用充电座之间的差异,在软件上做兼容处理,实现两种充电座的兼容使用。同时,电池热管理模块通过独立的充电加热继电器,保证电池低温纯加热状态下安全加热,降低锂电池低温充电和过放的风险,本发明具有系统充电兼容性强、安全性高、充电效率高等优点。
