The vehicle door cover connecting structure comprises an inner door plate, an outer door plate and a limiting structure, and at least part of the outer door plate is attached to at least part of the inner door plate; the limiting structure comprises a first limiting part and a second limiting part, the first limiting part is arranged on the inner door plate, and the second limiting part is arranged on the outer door plate; and under the condition that the outer door plate is bent, the first limiting part and the second limiting part are mutually extruded and deformed so that the inner door plate and the outer door plate can abut against each other. The inner door plate is placed on part of the outer door plate, then acting force is applied to the other part of the outer door plate so that the outer door plate can be bent till a first limiting part of the inner door plate and a second limiting part of the outer door plate are mutually extruded and deformed, and then the inner door plate and the outer door plate abut against each other; therefore, the phenomenon that the inner door plate and the outer door plate move mutually in the processes of transportation and coating high-temperature curing is avoided, and the size precision and the assembly quality are guaranteed.
