The invention relates to the field of traffic management, in particular to an expressway traffic incident fusion sensing method based on Beidou space-time information. The method comprises the following steps: dividing a highway into small sections by taking a confluence point and a diversion point as end points; calculating the average driving speed of each small section on the basis of a vehicle-mounted positioning system in combination with weather factors; calculating the average driving speed of each small section based on traffic management facilities and in combination with weather factors; reading the vehicle inflow quantity and the vehicle outflow quantity of each small section; and judging the traffic condition of each small section based on vehicle-mounted positioning and traffic facilities on the basis of the corresponding relationship between the average driving speed of the vehicles in the small sections and the traffic condition, and formulating the traffic management method of the expressway according to the judged traffic condition. According to the invention, expressway traffic state analysis is carried out and expressway congestion causes are diagnosed by combining a vehicle-mounted positioning system according to data which can be provided by equipment under existing conditions, so that congestion diffusion prevention and existing traffic congestion dispersion schemes are quickly formed, and the management level of a management unit on the expressway is improved.
本发明涉及交通管理领域,具体涉及一种基于北斗时空信息的高速公路交通事件融合感知方法。该方法包括:将高速公路以合流点和分流点为端点划分为小段;基于车载定位系统并结合天气因素计算每个小段的平均行驶速度;基于交通管理设施并结合天气因素计算每个小段的平均行驶速度;读取每个小段的车辆流入量和车辆流出量;基于小段内车辆平均行驶速度与交通状况的对应关系,判断每个小段的基于车载定位和交通设施的交通状况,根据判断出的交通状况制定高速公路的交通管理方法。本发明针对现有条件下设备能够提供的数据,结合车载定位系统,开展高速公路交通状态分析,诊断高速公路拥堵成因,以便快速形成防拥堵扩散和现有交通拥堵疏导方案,提高管理单位对快速路的管理水平。
