The method comprises a first acquisition point and a second acquisition point; wherein the first acquisition point is arranged on a road, and the second acquisition point is arranged in a high-altitude environment; acquiring target vehicle attribute information by the first acquisition point, and sending the vehicle attribute information to the second acquisition point; the second collection point receives the attribute information of the target vehicle and collects the image information of the target vehicle; fitting the driving track of the target vehicle according to the image information of the vehicle acquired at the second acquisition point, judging whether the target vehicle violates rules or not, and outputting early warning information when the target vehicle violates rules or not. Urban traffic road condition information is provided for supervision departments, and evidence of road congestion reasons is provided.
本发明提供的一种联动式车辆监管方法,包括:第一采集点和第二采集点;其中,第一采集点设置于道路,第二采集点设置于高空环境中;由第一采集点采集目标车辆属性信息,并将车辆属性信息发送至第二采集点;第二采集点接收目标车辆属性信息,并采集目标车辆的图像信息;根据第二采集点所采集的车辆的图像信息拟合出目标车辆的行驶轨迹,并判断目标车辆是否存在违章,当目标车辆违章时输出预警信息,通过上述方法,能够对车辆在城市道路中行驶是否存在违规现象进行有效监管预警,为监管部门提供城市交通路况信息,以及提供道路拥堵原因的证据。
