The invention discloses a high-speed railway line foreign matter detection method and device, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining an original image of a high-speed railway vehicle-mounted video, and extracting a candidate region from the original image according to the features of the original image; performing feature extraction on the candidate region by using a pre-trained first neural network; respectively inputting the extracted features into a second neural network and a third neural network for training; in the training process, the third neural network fits the output feature vector of the second neural network, and a mean square error loss function is adopted to minimize the difference between the output feature vectors of the second neural network and the third neural network; and inputting the to-be-detected image into the trained second neural network and third neural network to obtain a detection result. Therefore, the foreign matters appearing in the line environment can be detected, accurate judgment on possible dangerous situations can be conveniently made, the safety risk of train operation is reduced, and the life and property safety of people is effectively guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种高速铁路线路异物检测方法及装置,其中该方法包括:获取高速铁路车载视频的原始图像,根据原始图像的特征从原始图件中提取候选区域;利用预训练的第一神经网络,对候选区域进行特征提取;将提取的特征分别输入第二神经网络和第三神经网络进行训练;训练过程中,第三神经网络拟合第二神经网络的输出特征向量,采用均方差损失函数使第二神经网络和第三神经网络的输出特征向量的差异最小化;将待测图像分别输入训练好的第二神经网络和第三神经网络,得到检测结果。从而检测出线路环境中出现的异物,便于对可能的危险情景做出准确的判断,降低列车运行的安全风险,有效保障人民生命财产安全。
