The invention relates to the technical field of tires, and discloses an aviation radial tire tread rubber material which comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 1-100 parts of super-polymerized natural rubber, 40-55 parts of super wear-resistant carbon black and 1-3 parts of a multifunctional cross-linking agent. The preparation method of the aviation radial tire tread rubber material comprises the following steps: adding all the raw materials except the sulfur, the accelerant, the scorch retarder and the multifunctional cross-linking agent into an internal mixer for mixing, and discharging rubber after the temperature reaches 160-170 DEG C; putting the discharged rubber material into the internal mixer again for mixing, and discharging the rubber material after the rubber material is mixed to 150-158 DEG C; putting the discharged rubber material into the internal mixer again for mixing, and discharging the rubber material after the rubber material is mixed to 140-148 DEG C; and adding the sulfur, the accelerant, the scorch retarder and the multifunctional cross-linking agent, and mixing to complete the preparation of the rubber material. The prepared aviation radial tire tread rubber has the performance characteristics of high tensile strength, high elongation at break, good tear resistance, good wear resistance, good cutting resistance, relatively low dynamic heat generation, good heat-resistant stability and low cost.

    本发明涉及轮胎技术领域,公开了一种航空子午线轮胎胎面胶料,包括以下质量份数的原料:超聚态天然橡胶1-100份、超耐磨炭黑40-55份、多功能交联剂1-3份。航空子午线轮胎胎面胶料的制备方法如下:将除硫磺、促进剂、防焦剂和多功能交联剂之外的原材料全部加入密炼机进行混炼,达到160-170℃后进行排胶;将排出的胶料再次放入密炼机进行混炼,混炼到150-158℃后进行排胶;将排出的胶料再次放入密炼机进行混炼,混炼到140-148℃后进行排胶;加入硫磺、促进剂、防焦剂以及多功能交联剂混炼,完成胶料制备。本发明制备的航空子午线轮胎胎面胶具有拉伸强度高、扯断伸长率高、耐撕裂性能好、耐磨耗性能和耐切割性能好、动态生热相对较低、耐热稳定性好、成本低的性能特点。
