The supporting mechanism comprises a first telescopic part; a second telescopic part; the locking mechanism comprises a lock pin, a plurality of positioning holes distributed in the stretching and retracting direction of the supporting mechanism are formed in the first stretching and retracting part, the supporting mechanism has a locking state and an unlocking state, and in the locking state, the lock pin is selectively matched with one of the positioning holes so that the first stretching and retracting part and the second stretching and retracting part can be kept fixed; in the unlocking state, the lock pin is separated from the positioning hole, so that the first telescopic part and the second telescopic part can move relatively; a guide structure is arranged on the lock pin, in the locking state, the guide structure can guide the lock pin out of the positioning hole under the action of first driving force, so that the supporting mechanism is switched to the unlocking state, and the supporting mechanism is kept in the locking state under the action of second driving force; and the first driving force and the second driving force are driving force for enabling the second telescopic part to stretch out and retract relative to the first telescopic part in the telescopic direction in the unlocking state.
