The invention belongs to the technical field of risk accident prediction devices, and particularly relates to a tower crane risk accident prediction device which comprises a risk accident prediction device body, the outer end of the risk accident prediction device body is connected with a driving mechanism capable of driving the device to operate, and the middle of the driving mechanism is connected with a warning assembly capable of warning people. The warning assembly comprises a connecting rod, a warning board is fixedly connected to the lower end of the connecting rod, rotating shafts are rotatably connected to the two ends of the warning board, the driving mechanism comprises a machine shell, a limiting block is fixedly connected to the interior of the machine shell, and the warning assembly is connected to the middle of the driving mechanism, so that people can be warned where the tower crane goes wrong; and meanwhile, an alarm prompt function can be given out, so that the problems that the device generally cannot give out conspicuous prompts, and when the tower cranes are too many, people cannot distinguish the specific tower cranes with accidents, so that people around the tower cranes with the accidents cannot quickly find the positions where the safety risk can be avoided are solved.
