According to the thin film type LNG ship transverse bulkhead hoisting method, main hook hoisting rings are arranged on the A face and the B face of a transverse bulkhead, and the characteristics of balance and consistency are finally achieved through dynamic stress changes of main hooks on the A face and the B face in the turning-over process; therefore, violation operation problems such as cable-stayed steel wire ropes and empty hook counterweight occurring when a centralizing auxiliary hook is added in the prior art are avoided, safety of lifting operation is fully guaranteed, as the main hook lifting points on the A surface and the B surface are arranged symmetrically to the gravity center of the transverse bulkhead, when the transverse bulkhead is turned to be vertical, good horizontal and vertical precision can be kept, and safety of the lifting operation is guaranteed. Therefore, the auxiliary hook does not need to be used for righting during docking and carrying, and meanwhile, the hoisting positioning precision and the hoisting efficiency of the transverse bulkhead are improved.
本发明一种薄膜型LNG船横隔舱吊装起重方法,是在横隔舱的A、B面均设置主钩吊环,利用A、B两面主钩在翻身过程中的受力动态变化最终达到均衡一致的特性,从而避免了现有起重技术中增加扶正副钩时出现的钢丝绳斜拉和空钩配重等违章作业问题,充分保障了起重作业的安全性,由于A、B面上的主钩吊点对称于横隔舱重心设置,横隔舱翻至垂直竖立时,能保持很好的水平和垂直精度,因此入坞搭载时不需要用副钩进行扶正,同时提高了横隔舱的吊装定位精度和吊装效率。
