The invention discloses a novel elevator T-shaped sky rail device, which relates to the technical field of elevator T-shaped sky rail butt joint, and comprises a T-shaped hollow guide rail, a T-shaped connecting piece consisting of a U-shaped butt joint block and a fixed connecting block, a side chute, an E-shaped chute, a chute hole and a cylindrical hole, clamping assemblies used for conducting extrusion centering on the T-shaped hollow guide rail are arranged on the inner sides of the side edge sliding grooves and the inclined groove holes, and gasket assemblies used for conducting gasket filling between the track edge bases and the fixed connecting blocks are arranged on the inner sides of the E-shaped sliding grooves and the inner sides of the cylindrical holes. The clamping assembly is arranged to clamp the T-shaped hollow guide rails, meanwhile, the T-shaped hollow guide rails move in the middle, the dislocation deviation during splicing of the two T-shaped hollow guide rails can be effectively reduced, the gasket assembly and the adjusting assembly are arranged, the padding thickness of an E-shaped cushion block is controlled by screwing a bolt, and therefore the splicing precision of the two T-shaped hollow guide rails is improved. And different from the traditional operation of manually inserting the gasket, the thickness of the gasket is easier to control, and the overall operation efficiency is higher.

    本发明公开了一种新型电梯T型空轨装置,涉及电梯T型空轨对接技术领域,包括T型空心导轨以及由U型对接块、固定连接块组成的T型连接件、侧边滑槽、E型滑槽、斜槽孔、圆柱孔;所述侧边滑槽、斜槽孔的内侧设置有用于对T型空心导轨进行挤压居中的夹紧组件,所述E型滑槽、圆柱孔的内侧设置用于轨道边座与固定连接块之间进行垫片填充的垫片组件。本发明通过设置夹紧组件在实现对T型空心导轨进行夹紧的同时,使T型空心导轨居中移动,能够有效减小两根T型空心导轨拼接时的错位偏差,通过设置垫片组件与调节组件,通过拧动螺栓来控制E型垫块的垫入厚度,区别于传统的手动插入垫片的操作,其垫入的厚度更加容易控制,整体操作效率更快。
