The invention discloses an elevator safety circuit monitoring system based on the Internet of Things. The elevator safety circuit monitoring system comprises a data collection and transmission edge unit and an Internet of Things platform unit. The data acquisition and transmission edge unit comprises an elevator safety loop component operation data acquisition unit; the elevator safety circuit component operation data collector comprises a wireless door magnetic switch arranged on elevator safety tongs, a microswitch arranged on an elevator speed governor, a first photoelectric switch arranged on the top of an elevator car, and a second photoelectric switch arranged in an elevator shaft. The electromagnetic proximity switch is arranged at a tensioning wheel of the elevator; and the pit data acquisition device and the car roof data acquisition device are respectively arranged in a pit and a car roof of the elevator. Compared with the prior art, the elevator safety circuit monitoring system has the advantages that the elevator safety circuit can be monitored in real time by monitoring the specific state of each component of the elevator safety circuit, and the problem that a large number of packets are lost when the elevator runs up and down and a network fluctuates drastically, so that key signals are lost can be prevented.

    本申请公开了一种基于物联网的电梯安全回路监测系统,包括数据采集传输边缘单元和物联网平台单元;所述数据采集传输边缘单元包括电梯安全回路部件运行数据采集器,该电梯安全回路部件运行数据采集器包括设于电梯安全钳的无线门磁开关、设于电梯限速器的微动开关、设于电梯轿厢顶的第一光电开关、设于电梯井道内的第二光电开关、设于电梯涨紧轮处的电磁接近开关以及分别设于电梯地坑和轿顶的地坑数据采集装置和轿顶数据采集装置。本申请与现有技术相比:该系统通过监测电梯安全回路各个部件的具体状态,可以实时对电梯的安全回路进行监测,且能防止信号在电梯上下运行时的网络大幅度波动下产生大量丢包,以至于出现丢失关键信号的问题。
