The invention belongs to the technical field of surveying and mapping, and particularly relates to a multi-range and multi-azimuth laser surveying and mapping system which is characterized in that when an airborne laser surveying and mapping instrument is in low-altitude operation, an unmanned aerial vehicle and the laser surveying and mapping instrument fall due to external reasons, and a supporting device is made of a steel material; and meanwhile, a buffer device is arranged among the supporting device, the laser surveying instrument and the unmanned aerial vehicle motor main body, so that excessive damage caused by direct contact between the laser surveying instrument and the unmanned aerial vehicle motor body after falling is greatly reduced. Meanwhile, supporting rods fixedly connected to the two ends of the first support, the two ends of the second support and the two ends of the third support can form a triangular structure, and therefore it is guaranteed that the unmanned aerial vehicle can stably stand on the ground after the laser surveying instrument completes homeward voyage landing.
