The invention relates to an unmanned ship berthing dock, a system thereof and a control method, the unmanned ship berthing dock is used for charging an unmanned ship, the unmanned ship comprises a connecting piece, and the unmanned ship berthing dock comprises a dock body, a charging component and a fixing component. The dock body comprises a berthing space and a first surface, and the first surface is the inner wall of the berthing space. The charging component is arranged on the first surface and is configured to charge the unmanned ship. The fixing part is arranged on the first surface and can move relative to the first surface in the first direction, the fixing part comprises a fixing body and a fixing assembly, the fixing assembly is located on the side, in the second direction, of the fixing body, a fixing space is formed between the fixing assembly and the first surface, and the fixing space is configured to be a fixing connecting piece; the first direction intersects with the second direction. The fixing mode of the unmanned ship can be effectively simplified, and the safety and convenience of the unmanned ship in the berthing process are improved.
