A specific embodiment of the method comprises the following steps: according to a preset time period, obtaining each piece of vehicle position information and each piece of steering wheel angle information of a target vehicle, and obtaining a vehicle position information set and a steering wheel angle information set; generating a first waypoint curvature corresponding to each piece of vehicle position information in the vehicle position information set; generating a second path point curvature according to each piece of vehicle position information in the vehicle position information set and steering wheel angle information corresponding to the vehicle position information in the steering wheel angle information set; determining an average curvature difference value according to the curvatures of the first path points and the curvatures of the second path points; according to the average curvature difference value, the steering wheel zero deflection angle is generated. According to the embodiment, the error between the generated steering wheel zero deflection angle and the actual steering wheel zero deflection angle is reduced, so that the control precision of the vehicle steering wheel is improved, and the driving safety of the vehicle is improved.
