The invention discloses a deslagging vehicle auxiliary steering method suitable for tunnel construction, which comprises the following steps of: installing a self-walking auxiliary steering device which comprises a middle turntable, a ramp, a hydraulic telescopic support leg and a walking device; before the slag discharging vehicle walks, the ramp plate is lifted to be separated from the ground through the telescopic bracket; the hydraulic telescopic supporting legs are contracted until the walking rails make contact with the ground, and the hydraulic telescopic supporting legs break away from the ground; a pushing oil cylinder is started to push a wheel carrier of the walking wheel so that the middle rotary disc can move along with the walking wheel along the walking track; when the robot walks to a preset position, the hydraulic telescopic supporting legs extend out and are supported on the ground; the ramp plates on the front side and the rear side are supported on the ground through retraction of the telescopic supports. The slag discharging vehicle travels to the rotating disc along the ramp plate on the front side; the driving motor drives the turntable to realize steering of the slag discharging vehicle; and the slag discharging vehicle is driven out along the ramp plate on the rear side. The auxiliary steering method has the advantages that the auxiliary steering method is simple, automatic steering can be achieved, and structural transformation of the shield tunnel is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种适用于隧道施工的出渣车辅助转向方法,包括以下步骤:安装自行走辅助转向装置,包括中部转盘、坡道、液压伸缩支腿以及行走装置;出渣车行走前,通过伸缩支架将坡道板抬升脱离地面;收缩液压伸缩支腿直至行走轨道与地面接触,且液压伸缩支腿脱离与地面的接触;启动顶推油缸顶推行走轮的轮架以使中部转盘随行走轮沿行走轨道移动;当行走到预定位置后,液压伸缩支腿伸出并支撑于地面;通过伸缩支架缩回以将前、后两侧的坡道板支撑于地面上;出渣车沿前侧坡道板行驶至转盘上;通过驱动电机驱动转盘,实现出渣车的转向;出渣车沿后侧坡道板驶出。本发明的优点是:辅助转向方法简单,可实现自动化转向,避免对盾构隧道的结构改造。
